To update my post from yesterday:
As of yesterday afternoon, all FLDS babies under 12 months who are nursing have been allowed to stay with their mothers. Or rather, their mothers have been allowed to go with them into a foster care setting.
I am glad that Judge Walther let common sense prevail and made the state work out something with the affected women's attorneys so the breastfeeding relationship could continue.
