I saw your comment on Steph's blog and didnt know if she'd answered you. The Beco Obi will do forward facing out. http://www.sobebabies.com/shop/beco-obi-baby-carrier-p-344.html
We use a MT or ERGO and dont do forward facing out, but I know those do. You could also use a Mei Tai or ERGO and do a back carry which would allow her to see the world and you to get things done!
